Data collected automatically

If you enable automatic error reporting, the following pieces of data are received by us whenever an error is detected:

Personally identifiable information (PII)

• Your IP Address (to allow the server to react to any possible abuse)

Hattrick information

• Your Team ID
• Your Team Name
• The Hattrick page URL you were on when the error occured
• The page you came there from
• Your Foxtrick version
• Your Hattrick theme and language

Additional technical information

• Error details
• Your browser name and version
• Your Operating System type

Data collected on user interaction

If you press the button to submit a manual bug report the following information is collected in addition to what is listed above:

Hattrick information

• Your Foxtrick preferences
  • excluding CHPP connection tokens
  • excluding saved image or sound data
• Full Foxtrick event log
• Somewhat sensitive data about your team may also be included in the above. e. g.:
  • player stamina data
  • youth player skills
  • youth saved message templates
  • youth saved transfer filters
  • etc

Data policy

• The PII listed above will only be used for the explicitly stated purpose.
• We will be removing the PII periodically.
• The remaining information will be used for no other purpose than improving Foxtrick.
• No data collected for bug reports will be transferred or sold to any third party.
• That is pretty much it.
